We are joined by Jordan DeBear and Brandon Niznik of the Anything Is Possible Foundation, a nonprofit built around a simple but powerful idea: a young person’s circumstances don’t have to dictate the future they see for themselves. Through trained mentors and a unique conversation-based curriculum, the foundation works with young people from a wide range of backgrounds—including those in schools and foster group homes—to help them discover their own capabilities, identify what matters to them, and begin creating a future of their own choosing.

We’ll talk with Jordan and Brandon about why these conversations matter so much when they happen early in life, what they’ve learned from the young people they serve, and their commitment to a world in which every child can genuinely discover that anything is possible.
