Ademola created this initiative in 2018 in response to the harsh realities facing Black boys in London—high expulsion rates, increasing youth violence, and limited opportunities.

Rather than accepting these statistics, Ademola is committed to creating a future where young Black men thrive—as leaders, entrepreneurs, and role models in their communities. Through mentorship, leadership training, and empowerment events, 1000 Black Boys is giving young men the tools to take charge of their lives and make a lasting impact.
